Central Coast Allergy and Asthma is seeking Full Time LVN’s to join our reputable specialty practice in our Salinas and Monterey offices. We are looking for exceptional high-functioning LVN’s that have a genuine interest in helping patients.
 
LEAD LVN CONSIDERATION OPPORTUNITY ALSO AVAILABLE: LVN's who demonstrate a high level of acuity and understanding after the training phase will be considered for Lead Positions to lead the nursing department & Staff.

Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities:
  • Assigned to rotate between Salinas and Monterey offices weekly, based on clinic & staffing needs.
  • Communicate with Spanish-speaking patients. There is a high level of Spanish communication and interpretation daily. Spanish speaking is essential.
  • The LVN will triage patients, read, interpret and follow doctor’s orders correctly to perform testing & procedures, educate patients on various subjects.
  • Thorough Documentation of all patient care and patient interactions following appropriate documentation formats and guidelines.
  • Maintain and manage inventory of medications, medical supplies, and follow all procedures regarding outdated medications, restock daily and maintain all work areas clean.
  • Maintain crash cart, and know response plan for clinic emergencies.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills Required:
  • Valid CA LVN license, graduate from college or technical school.
  • Must have excellent attendance and reliability and it must be of high importance to the candidate.
  • Problem solving expertise and very detail oriented.
  • High ability to multitask and exercise clinical judgement in a fast paced environment.

Pay:
  • $32.00 - $40.00 hourly. Pay is determined based on a combination of candidates experience and qualifications. 
  • Starts with a probationary training rate until fully trained.
