Central Coast Allergy and Asthma is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our specialty team serving patients at our Salinas and Monterey offices.
For 50 years, we've provided specialized allergy and asthma care throughout Monterey County. We offer the opportunity to develop valuable specialty expertise, work with cutting-edge allergy treatments, and maximize your professional and earning potential — while maintaining the stability of a structured weekday schedule.
No weekends. No on-call. No rotating shifts. No unpredictable schedules. No allergy or asthma experience is required, new graduates are welcome.
What You Get:
- $115,000–$200,000+ annual earning potential, based on experience, schedule, productivity, and performance.
- Average patient volume of approximately 20 patients/day by 6mo of training.
- Dedicated Medical Assistant assigned to each provider.
- Predictable Monday–Friday daytime schedule 8a-5p or 9a-6p.
- No weekends or on-call responsibilities.
- No rotating shifts and No unpredictable schedules.
- 4-day workweek option available.
- Patient care schedule alternates days to Salinas and Monterey locations. Clinic hours extend until 6:00 PM on select weekdays, with providers rotating coverage.
- Bilingual pay differential for qualifying Spanish-speaking providers.

What We Want:
- Current California PA or NP license.
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently & collaboratively while following our care outline..
- Strong time management skills to efficiently see 20 patients, keep on time & complete care slips same day.
- Motivation to learn, grow, and meet established performance and training expectations and benchmarks.
- Must be able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure with patients and with the team.
- Possesses high emotional intelligence.
- Must possess the skill of FLEXIBILITY as in medicine things change quickly with schedules, patient loads, staff support etc.
